Our facilities offer only the best in grinding and blending equipment, and we handle your product with care.

Cocoa Processing Corp. grinds and blends cocoa presscake into fine cocoa powders.  We regularly achieve finenesses of 99.5% going through a 200-mesh, and are capable of even higher percentages if so desired.  We have two mills, a roller mill and a vertical mill.  We are AIB-certified, and comply with all government and industry standards.  We also can grind sugar into any required fineness.

 

In addition to grinding, we can sterilize cocoa powders and other products, killing bacteria, yeast and mold in our cookers.  These same cookers can be used to alkalize cocoa powders, thereby creating “Dutch” and “Black” powders with less acidity than Natural cocoa powder.

 

We repackage instant coffee and any other powdered product, down to a minimum of 25 lbs. per bag.  Other products, besides cocoa powder, sugar, and instant coffee that we regularly repackage include sesame seeds, rice, and wheat gluten, but any powdered food product can be handled.
